Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your information

The service is operated by Ramal Aacharya Vedhyaa Wankhde, an online numerologist and crystal healer based in India. For any privacy question or request, email vedhyaawankhde@gmail.com.

What I collect

I only ask for information needed to arrange and prepare for your consultation:

• Booking details: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, date of birth, chosen topic, preferred mode, preferred date and time, time zone, and your consent to be contacted.
• Consultation notes: information you choose to share during a session, such as details about your name, relationships or work situation.
• Correspondence: messages you send by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Technical information: standard server logs from the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used for security and reliability.

The free calculator

The date of birth you enter into the free calculator is processed in your browser. It is not sent to this website, stored, or used to identify you. The calculator simply displays a Mulank and Bhagyank calculated from the digits you entered.

How I use your information

• To reply to your booking request and confirm a suitable appointment.
• To prepare for and conduct your consultation.
• To follow up after a session, where appropriate.
• To keep basic records and meet legal or accounting obligations.
• To maintain the security and functioning of this website.

I do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising profiles, or add you to a marketing list without your consent.

WhatsApp, video calls and third parties

The booking form opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. Nothing is sent until you tap send in WhatsApp. Messages on WhatsApp are handled by Meta/WhatsApp under their own privacy terms; I cannot control their security practices.

Video consultations may use a third-party video service. Email and phone providers also process communications. Please review the privacy terms of any service you use. Links to external websites are not covered by this policy.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser"™s local storage. That preference stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings. Fonts are served directly from this website, so no third-party font service is contacted.

How long your information is kept

Booking correspondence and consultation notes are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, follow up, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, I will delete them or remove identifying details. You can ask for deletion sooner, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or withdraw consent to be contacted. To make a request, email vedhyaawankhde@gmail.com. I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including India"™s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are outside India, your information may be processed in India and by the third-party services described above.

Children

These services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please use the website and book a consultation only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect the information shared with me, including limiting access and keeping only what is needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive identity documents, payment card details, or medical records.
