The services

I offer online numerology and crystal healing guidance by video call or phone, in English. All consultations take place online. The first session is free, and there is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Numerology readings may include date of birth, name, relationships, career, money and astro-numerology themes. Crystal guidance is offered only within a consultation. There is no shop, and no crystals or other products are sold through this website.

Guidance, not certainty

Numerology is a traditional belief system, not a science. Crystal healing is a complementary reflective practice, not medical treatment. All sessions offer personal guidance and insights for reflection only. No outcome, result or future event is guaranteed.

The services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and they are not an emergency service. For decisions with legal, financial or health consequences, please consult a qualified professional. Do not delay seeking medical or other professional help because of something discussed in a reading.

Booking and appointment confirmation

The booking form opens WhatsApp with your details prefilled. A booking is not confirmed until I reply and we agree a time. Please provide accurate contact details, your correct date of birth, and your time zone. For international bookings, include your country code so I can reach you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for checking the appointment time in your own time zone.

Fees and payment

The first session is free. The scope and fee for any further sessions or services are explained openly on the free first call before you decide whether to proceed. No payment is taken on this website, and no prices are listed here.

Rescheduling and cancellations

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Please message me on WhatsApp as early as possible if you need to change an appointment. I will make a reasonable effort to offer an alternative time. Missed sessions without prior notice cannot be rescheduled.

If I need to reschedule, I will contact you using the details you provided. I am not responsible for delays caused by a poor internet connection, device failure, or an incorrect phone number or time zone.

Session conduct and recordings

Please join from a quiet, private place and treat the session with respect. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour may result in the session ending.

Do not record a session, in whole or in part, without my prior written consent. I will likewise not record you without your consent. Any notes I make are to prepare for your reading and follow up with you, and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with the Privacy Policy. Please avoid sending sensitive identity documents, payment card details, or medical records. WhatsApp, video-call platforms and email providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and branding on this website belong to Ramal Aacharya Vedhyaa Wankhde unless otherwise stated. You may view and print the pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute the content without written permission.

Any notes, guidance or materials shared with you during a consultation are for your personal use and should not be presented as your own professional service.

Third-party services

Bookings and communications may use WhatsApp, email, phone networks or video-call providers. These are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for their availability, security or practices.

Limitation of liability

I provide the website and consultations with reasonable care, but they are offered on an "as is"�' and "as available"�' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated"�' date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arvi, Maharashtra.
